1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. - Unconditional returns within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. Return Instructions:
1. To start your return, please contact Wigstrends via email or chat to receive a return label . Please tell us your order ID what you can find this in your confirmation email), we’ll be in touch in 24 hours and provide return instructions.
2. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return label form and include the return label form inside the box.
3. Ship the package back to our warehouse and inform us the tracking number.
