1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

- Unconditional returns within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs.
