1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product.   • Standard Order:  about 3-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Lace Front Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Full Lace Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Monofilament Wigs Order: about 5-7 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;

Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time mentioned above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame.  

 2) Please fill in the address. Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address. Orders placed to APO/FPO, Kindly note the deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE. Shipping cost depends on the carrier's rate. Additionally, the delivery might take longer than usual due to limited logistics options in these areas.Upgraded delivery is not available for these destinations. 

3) Please leave the sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number.  Please note that Wigstrends is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Wigstrends.

Return Instructions:

1. To start your return, please contact Wigstrends via email or chat to receive a return label . Please tell us your order ID what you can find this in your confirmation email), we’ll be in touch in 24 hours and provide return instructions.

2. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return label form and include the return label form inside the box.

3. Ship the package back to our warehouse and inform us the tracking number.

4. Get the refund once we get the returning package.
