1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
- Standard Order: about 3-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
- Lace Front Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;

Return Instructions:
1. To start your return, please contact Wigstrends via email or chat to receive a return label . Please tell us your order ID what you can find this in your confirmation email), we’ll be in touch in 24 hours and provide return instructions.
2. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return label form and include the return label form inside the box.
3. Ship the package back to our warehouse and inform us the tracking number.
