Hey, the shipping time is a little long, but I do suggest you reach out to our support team to track your package at any given time 24/7/365 at your convenience.

1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
- Standard Order: about 3-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
- Lace Front Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
- Full Lace Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
- Monofilament Wigs Order: about 5-7 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;

Orders placed to APO/FPO, Kindly note the deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE. Shipping cost depends on the carrier's rate. Additionally, the delivery might take longer than usual due to limited logistics options in these areas.Upgraded delivery is not available for these destinations.
3) Please leave the sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number. Please note that Wigstrends is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Wigstrends.

Return:
- Unconditional returns within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. All sales after 30 days from the original shipment date are considered final. Additionally, Final Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Return Instructions:
1. To start your return, please contact Wigstrends via email or chat to receive a return label . Please tell us your order ID what you can find this in your confirmation email), we’ll be in touch in 24 hours and provide return instructions.
2. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return label form and include the return label form inside the box.
3. Ship the package back to our warehouse and inform us the tracking number.
4. Get the refund once we get the returning package.
